Karaku Loyalty Program Terms & Guidelines
Point Multipliers:
Special campaigns may offer 3x or 5x points on eligible purchases.
Discounted & Sale Items:
Purchases made with discounts, sales, or oversized items may include additional charges.
Cancellations & Returns:
If an item is canceled or returned, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted.
Points Validity:
Your points now come with a 12-month validity. Points will remain active as long as you continue earning or redeeming within one year. If no activity occurs for 365 days, your unused points will automatically expire. Keep shopping, engaging, and enjoying rewards without losing your balance.
